Each AI feature consumes a specific number of credits per use, as outlined in Section 4.3 below. You must maintain a sufficient credit balance to use credit-consuming features.

Credit costs are approximate and may be adjusted as we update our AI models and infrastructure. If your credit balance is insufficient for a requested operation, you will receive a notification and the operation will not proceed until you purchase additional credits.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until consumed. Fkra reserves the right to introduce expiration policies in the future with reasonable advance notice.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer credits to any other user or third party.
All payments on Fkra are processed through trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. When you make a purchase, you are redirected to a secure checkout page hosted by the applicable payment processor. Fkra does not directly store your full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials on its servers.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Due to the digital and immediately-consumable nature of credits:
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, Fkra reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and revoke any credits associated with the disputed transaction pending resolution. We encourage you to contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
Fkra administrators may, at their discretion, issue credit adjustments (additions or deductions) to your account for promotional purposes, error corrections, or policy enforcement. All adjustments are recorded in an immutable audit ledger for transparency.
Fkra allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content including text, documents, images, code, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the following:

Certain components of the Fkra platform are released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your use of those open-source components is governed by that license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable open-source licenses.
Your use of Fkra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
THE FKRA PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fkra AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FKRA AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
In no event shall Fkra AI's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Fkra in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred United States dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fkra AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
By Fkra — We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Effect on Credits — Upon account termination (whether by you or by Fkra), any unused credits in your account are forfeited and non-refundable, unless termination is due to a material breach by Fkra, in which case a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fkra AI regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
